FM – Global Biz.

Our FM Division is expanding its global businesses by tapping into the Chinese market based on its unparalleled building management capabilities.
Our competitiveness in the FM business is being quickly recognized in the global market; we became the first foreign company in China to earn an eco-friendly building certification when the LG Twin Towers in Beijing acquired a two-star green building certification in 2014.

Construction – Global Biz.

Beginning with the CM business in 2007, our Construction Division provides construction management services for customers in major parts of the world, including China, the Americas, Europe and Asia.
In 2014, it established an organization dedicated to overseas construction, successfully completing medium/large-scale projects such as building the LG Electronics Hai Phong Factory in Vietnam, the LG Electronics/Chem factory in Nanjing. Currently, it is expanding its businesses to European countries including Poland.
