Personnel Management System

S&I offers a variety of programs for talent development and strengthening expertise in a systematic manner for the sustainable growth of individuals and the company. Given that we engage in multiple businesses of different nature, we compartmentalize our Personnel Management System into groups based on similar job functions in order to systematically and efficiently manage/develop employees performing various job functions in each business division.

  • Office/Technical Employees Informal work processes and unstandardized work
    • Developing/Securing customers through purchasing/sales
    • Overseeing and supporting construction sites based on technical competence
    • Supporting or managing business activities
      (Finance & Economy/Planning/IT/HR/PR, etc.)
  • Service Operations
    • Providing services to customers including CS (Customer Service)
    • Work that requires functional skillfulness acquired from experience such as database management
  • Professional FM
    • Providing services directly to customers on FM sites and technical support, which requires functional skills as FM specialists
  • Leisure
    • The Leisure Division is integrated into a single job category in view of cultivating experts in leisure business and fostering multi-players

Education System

Our education system consists of new recruit training helping new employees become a true member of LG Group, education on the Group’s core values (LG Way), and level-by-level job training to help each employee strengthen his/her job expertise.
We also offer entrepreneurship fostering programs to help our employees gain management/leadership capabilities to lead our businesses, in addition to a reading credit system, cyber academy, informal learning and various language education support to facilitate autonomous learning that satisfies individual needs.
