Our education system consists of new recruit training helping new employees become a true member of LG Group, education on the Group’s core values (LG Way), and level-by-level job training to help each employee strengthen his/her job expertise.
We also offer entrepreneurship fostering programs to help our employees gain management/leadership capabilities to lead our businesses, in addition to a reading credit system, cyber academy, informal learning and various language education support to facilitate autonomous learning that satisfies individual needs.
