- 01 Screening of applications and cover letters submitted by applicants focusing on business division applied to and job responsibilities.
- 02 Examination of an applicant’s suitability with the LG Way through the LG Way Fit Test and his/her organizational /job attitude through an aptitude test.
- 03,04 Comprehensive verification of an applicant’s personality and competency through 1st and 2nd round of interviews with working-level staff and executives, respectively.
- 05 Comprehensive verification of an applicant’s job competency and service mind while facilitating their understanding of S&I’s organizational culture and work before making a final selection of successful candidates.
- 06 LG Group/S&I new employee training after final announcement of successful candidates, followed by OJT upon placement at each division.

Document Screening and Interviews
Interviews consist of a 1st and 2nd round of interviews conducted by working-level staff and executives, respectively. We only accept certified foreign language tests taken within the past two years and offer of employment may be withdrawn if any information provided on resumes and other supporting documents is found to be false.

Physical Exam and Final Announcement
We verify an applicant’s suitability with the LG Way through the LG Way Fit Test and his/her organizational and job aptitude through an aptitude test.
